Loungewear: recovering from surgery.

I’ve just had surgery to remove my last Fallopian tube, so I’m a bit physically delicate and a lot bonkers.

I’ll be signed off for six weeks, so looking for some nice loungewear that I can mope in but also answer the door to the postman.

Requirements: MUST have pockets. Short (5”3) so either petite or cropped or verifiable for short arses. Fat (16-18, don’t want anything rubbing on my scars too much). Don’t like very high necklines as massive boobs. Prefer cuffed hems but not essential.

Anyone got the holy grail of loungewear?

6 weeks? Poor you. After my hysterectomy I lived in Hush joggers. Cuffs, high waist AND pockets.

I'd love 6 weeks off work. I only got 4 for my hysterectomy. My surgery was a super quick
recovery hope yours is too.

I bought yoga pants and tops from bamboo clothing. Super soft and comfortable.

these look nice and not too long.
When I had my gallbladder out I had asda linen trousers and matalan viscose beachy trousers.

i love chelsea peers. Especially pyjamas but they have loungewear too.

Okay so. Currently home a wearing THIS, which I apparently ordered at midnight before surgery and was already here before I got home.

Feels GOOD to have my first shower since Thursday morning, have fresh dressings on and nice new jammies/loungewear with pockets.

And a welcome distraction from all the Other Stuff.

According to my emails I have a similar but green pair on the way and a shitload of stuff from Hush, so thanks to PP (except from my credit card.)
