Getting older... Tinted moisturiser or very light foundation?

Am fast approaching 40 and have recently realised that I like myself more without thick foundation.

I have a very red nose so need concealer coverage there but have beed doing that with just mascara, lip gloss and feel alot better than when I'm 'caked' with makeup.

I feel like it just makes my wrinkles worse!

Any recommendations for a tinted moisturiser or very, very light foundation?

Thanks

@JiggleJiggleFold get some azaelic acid from the ordinary for the red nose honestly worked wonders for me!

Estée Lauder Futurist hydra rescue is amazing!! More coverage than a tinted moisturiser, but really light. Would recommend!

Forgot to say it also is spf 45!

Try YSL Nu, it comes in different shades. it's a tinted moisturiser with good coverage for a tinted moisturiser.

Bb cream ! And cream blusher !

I like Erborian CC cream. It’s thick enough to cover minor blemishes but still looks nice and light. Expensive but lasts ages.

I'm 42 and never found a foundation that I liked. I recently discovered the rose inc tinted serum and it is amazing. Put it on with your hands (not a brush as recommended) and it gives light coverage, doesn't get cakey, and it has skincare in it. I have quite dry skin and it's perfect for me. Go to your local spacenk to get colour matched as it can be tricky.

I'm 40 and really eased off on full foundation and anything powdery. I really like Mac studio radiance (formerly Face and Body) and also glossier cloud paint as a cream blusher. They allow my skin to shine through but still be a bit polished.

I'm committed to It Cosmetics CC cream . The ordinary not the illumination version. It has factor 50 and is super light and blendable .

I quite like the no7 hydro luminous foundation it's light and quite flattering I only use a little bit but it adds a nice glow to my skin .. and they can colour match for you too

I like this, which shade do you use?

Yes it is good. I am cool ivory but in the hydraluminous the assistant says its darker on me and I need cool vanilla but that seems very light. The cool ivory in the essentially natural foundation just matches my skin tone.
