When do the Sales start??

Anyone know?

I always get this wrong and go and buy something at full price only for the sales to start the next week and everything is reduced. I do need a few things for July so looking now, but could easily wait for a while....

Anyone with inside info or educated guesses?

Are you me, those are all “my” shops too. Plus Boden. I’m signed up to mailing lists, I’ve noticed a pattern where they have 30% off everything for a weekend, they’ll then do the sale after that. Then usually what I’d been keeping an eye sells out that weekend and isn’t in the sale. They’re clever!

Yes almost like a presale sale. A lot of places have been doing jubilee discounts so I reckon that is the presale sale if they had one. So anytime now hopefully!

I looked back at some of my orders last year. The sales all seemed to start last week in June. Never pay full price!

This is my thinking too - if I go and look in the shops now, I'm bound to see something lovely - which will of course be OOS if I leave it or if I buy it now, will then be discounted massively while mine sits in my wardrobe still with it's tags on (and yes I could return & rebuy, but I know I wouldn't)

I had this exact conundrum today, so I tried on lots of things, took photos of those I liked and am now determined to wait it out! Though Jigsaw has 15% off at the moment on their email list, and I may have used that but my excuse is I want to wear it next weekend....weak excuse!

So I've just had an advert/pop up on instagram to sign up to the Cos pre-sale thingy so I guess that one is imminent??

I'm keeping an eye out too.

Had a voucher for Boden for £10 off as I haven't ordered anything for a while - runs out on 25th so assuming sale starts after that. I've bought a dress I've had my eye on and has been out of stock in my size for months and they had one back in my size so ordered. Theres a few other things I quite like, but will wait for sales.

I got an email today for New Look 60% off mid-season sale, and Gap 60% off summer sale. For Cos and Reiss just got the usual style edit emails.

Oh and Kate Spade 40% off (not sure why I’m signed up to that one)

I think Boden sale is usually end of June/start of July because my £10 birthday voucher runs out at end of June and in the past I’ve been furious when I’ve spent that on something that was then reduced by £30!

I keep looking for the hush sale, lots of nice summer dresses on there atm.

Oliver Bonas have added a lot of lines to their 40% off event.

Has there been a Cos private sale? 3 dresses I’m keeping an eye on are all low stock now. I need at least one and wondering if I should just get it now before they all sell out (black midi 100% cotton long sleeves - haven’t found in sale before).

I probably should just buy one full price, but I already own one that I bought full price, the second one would be so I’m not always washing that one for days I’m in office, which are increasing, and I’ve just found out I’m pregnant again so loathe to spend money on clothes I won’t be able to wear in 4 months. I need the cotton and midi/long sleeves for hormonal cold and hot flushes.

I'm holding my nerve on a Phase 8 shirt dress I want rather than need, which I thought was over priced at full price. Hurry up sale!

I accidentally (I really didn’t intend too)ordered a load of stuff from Hush just the other day because I had 10% off. Just 10%. What was I thinking? Let’s hope I don’t like some of it when it arrives.

Still nothing for Cos and the dresses I want have been going In And out of stock all weekend so ordering with 10% intro offer off now. The heatwave will not wait for a sale! I went onto a website that tracks sales and says last year Cos was 28th June. Their best one is Black Friday it said.
