Primark selling LED masks - worth it?

I was in Primark at the weekend and spotted they were selling LED facemasks (red/yellow/blue light options) for just £15. I didn't buy one as I am trying not to spend, but haven't seen them this cheap anywhere else. Has anyone got one and is it any good?

Nadine Baggot was talking about this on a FB 'reel' recently. She said that it isn't going to give you the results of a machine that costs thousands, but will give you a 'glow' (or some similar wording). So not a waste of money, but I wasn't sure from what she said what it would actually do for me!
