Button up pjs for men

Help me please oh wise mumsnet people:
DH has just had an op and because of drains, drips and scars would really find button up pyjamas much easier than T-shirt style. But the hospital is hot, so he's asked for shorts and short sleeved tops.
He'll never wear them after hospital, and could ideally use 3 pairs (one on, one off, one in the wash), so don't want to spend £££.
Has anyone seen anything along those lines anywhere in shops or online??

There are a few options in M&S

Thank you Jenny.
That's a bit more than I want to pay. If DH would wear them long term then the price is reasonable, but there are lots of T-shirt style pjs around for £10 or so and that's more like the amount that I wanted to pay. I can't find any though, so may have to rethink the budget.

Cyberjammies do a kind of mix and match thing

20% off, they will come quicker if you order them on Argos website rather than TU.

Good tip yoshi. Thanks. That's the kind of thing I'm after.
