Can anyone recommend a good eye mask for sleeping with?
Main reason is for cutting out light as blinds are not great. Thanks.

Marks and Spencer have a real silk eye mask which is nice. I also have a satin mask from Amazon but it's not as soft.

But the satin mask was cheap and does block out light and stays on.

You'd be better off getting blackout blinds or curtains. I had a satin eye mask but it kept coming off!

I’ve tried quite a few as I have dry eyes and it helps with that as well as light blocking. I got a silk Fenella smith one in tk maxx last year and it’s been the best. Have just got a couple more off eBay too. It’s lasted well even with being silk put in a normal wash.

Unfortunately the style and location of my windows means that there is always a crack of light that shows through on either side - even with blackout material.

I have the same issue. For years now I’ve used Lewis N Clark eye masks. I haven’t found anything that comes close for comfort or efficiency, and one will last me around 3 years or more, used nightly and washed regularly. Sadly it seems they’re hard to find in the UK now. This thread reminded me I should think about ordering another, but they’re no longer available on Amazon uk. Luckily I’ve just managed to order one on Amazon.com and even with delivery and import fees from the US it’s only £13.40. Just hope I’ve read all the rules correctly and am not about to be stung with a customs charge!

Soooo good.

I got a craghoppers one from next. It's not silk or anything like that but it blocks out the light. I usually struggle with the bit around my nose but this blocks it.
