The Ordinary Copper Peptides

I would like to introduce peptides into my skin care regime but I've heard that it has caster oil in it which can increase facial hair. As I have quite a lot of 'peach fuzz' I don't want to risk it if this is true.
Has anyone any experience of this or does anyone know of a suitable budget friendly alternative?

I like the Ordinary Buffet with Copper Peptides - it definitely improves the texture of my skin. It’s not oily at all I don’t think it has castor oil in it. I think it’s £28 - not cheap but does last ages.
