Central London spa

Can anyone recommend a central London spa? My daughter is getting married in early August. I want to take her to a day spa, relaxing day, probably facial, definitely manicure (she wants her nails done before the wedding but polish, not gels or anything fancy, we’re not a high maintenance kind of family), pool and sauna would be nice.
In my mind, something like the Sanctuary would be fab but that’s been closed for years. Any recommendations gratefully received.

following with interest - I loved and miss the Sanctuary! I’ve heard good things about the Corinthia Spa??

Corinthia is amazing!!!! Definitely a special treat

Aire is my favourite

Thank you both.
Aire looked amazing.I found it online earlier today but the pieces are on the high side. I’m paying but she isn’t happy on me spending too much

Corinthia also looks lovely but I’m finding the pricing hard to work out. Is there a fee to be a day guest and do they do nails? The facials sound wonderful but, prosaic or not, nails are part of what I need to deliver.

We’re Londoners so don’t need an overnight stay.

Aire is fabulous. How close to the wedding are you planning to go? It's not usually advised to have a facial less than 7 days before a big event and if she had nails done at that time they would be starting to grow out before the wedding.

Espa at Corinthia is beautiful. Just email them and they will build a package for you. I've been about 5x it's really lovely

I had a recent spa day at the Lanesborough that was incredible. Only downside is it’s not a proper pool; just one big hot tub type thing! I also rate the Landmark, and the Akasha spa at the Cafe Royale which has lots of packages including afternoon tea type things.

The Ned is lovely too but I think to use the pool and facilities you need to be a member; it used to be at long as you met a minimum spend in the spa you could use them but I don’t think even that’s enough anymore.

Thank you. All good advice. We’re planning about 3 days before the wedding and take PPs point re facial, might suggest a massage instead.
Will get emailing today!

Hope the wedding in August is a lovely day and you find something suitable for your DD.

Hi, I was just about to post and saw this thread! I am trying to find a spa that is not so expensive. I have been to Corinthia and it is amazing, but looking for something where I don’t have to pay £150 and more, on a 1 hour massage. Any one have any cheaper recommendations?
