Bras digging in

I've worn a 30" back for about 20 years'

Used to wear 32 as the former didn't exist

Lately some of the bras have been so uncomfortable, they never seem to work lose and always dig in at the back

These are Fantasie and Panache but yet the straps still slip on some on shoulders

Should I go back to 32

Do people put weight on across their backs

Go and get fitted.
All my bras dig in.

Your cup size and strap size both need to be right. My cup size has gone up- partly because my boobs have migrated further back and i need to scoop them and round them up more!

Go and get fitted. Our bodies change constantly so we change bra sizes every few years (not counting the massive changes from pregnancy and breastfeeding).

I think the cup size is ok and not all the bras dig in itms

I end up wearing the non wire ones when I'm home

Wore my Panache Clara one it was fine

so the bras themselves of same makes and size seem to vary in back size

Why not try one of those bra strap extensions first?

Yes good idea
