Hair Treatment

I've recently moved area and have had to find a new hairdresser.

I had a mobile hairdresser before and when she coloured my hair she used a treatment of some sort which seemed to keep my hair in good condition.

It was a two step thing, a few drops of a clear liquid mixed in with the colour and then, after the colour was washed out, she used a sort of opaque substance which she combed through my hair and left for ten minutes before washing that out.

The new hairdresser had no idea what I am talking about.

So I am in search of a good quality intensive treatment which I can put on my hair to try and improve it's condition.

Can anybody recommend a good intensive treatment for coloured hair.

My old hairdresser isn't responding to me and I have tried googling to see if I can find anything that sounds like what she used but with no success.

It does sound like possibly Olaplex!

If your hair likes protein then Apoghee 2 step is great, off Amazon. Also I like Revolution Plex 3 treatment, have curly hair with blonde highlights and roots done regularly.

I've had a look at the Olaplex products. They don't look like the products my mobile hairdresser used. Might be worth a try all the same.

I have to admit that I didn't pay that much attention to what she used. I wish I had now but assumed other hairdressers would know what it was.
