Alternative wedding dress

We're thinking of maybe booking a wedding abroad. We're older, have 2 kids and don't really want a fuss. I personally think people get a bit ridiculous about their wedding and I CBA.
Anyway- I'm looking for ideas of what I could wear as I really don't want a proper white gown. It may only be the 4 of us there.
Something floral maybe. I'm struggling a bit.
I'm 5'2" (or 158cm if like me you think imperial is nonsense) and a size 16 so pretty dumpy. Was thinking not full length. At 41 I'm also older than I ideally would have been for my wedding.

When you say booking a wedding abroad do you mean a Venetian palazzo or an Australian beach?

And how much do you want to spend?

Probably a Greek island or similar. I really really don't want a fuss and am still very sad that I wasn't asked when I was young enough and cared enough to make a bigger thing out of it. It just seems like a formality now. Really I just want a pretty dress to wear and I struggle anyway being little! We like going away in the October half term. If it's not that then it'll be the registry office.

The good thing is there seem to be plenty of Molly Goddard dresses around in various sales. But I adore the colour of that one.

Coast has some nice stuff. The best style for me is scoop/v-neck with a full skirt as I'm quite top heavy. We haven't even booked it yet!
