What products can I use to make my skin glow?

I have quite sensitive skin & can break out very easily but my skin needs a bit of a boost it’s looking so dull at the moment - can anyone recommend anything?

I’ll admit I don’t really have any routine as such, I take my make up off with micellar water & then second cleanse with La Roche Posay & then a put a bit of lactic acid on every other night & occasionally abit of moisturiser.

If you have the budget look at the Medik 8 range. (UK company and research driven) They have different routines for skin types. I have dry skin and I am 50 and my skin looks really good. Been using them for a few years now.

Also I wear vita liberata beauty blur on top after moisturiser, gives a lovely healthy sheen and a little colour.

Use the moisturiser every day

Lots of vegetables and water in your diet. Skins a good measure of internal health.

Drink lots of water and quit coffee/caffeine and exercise (something sweaty -running, aerobics etc) is the best fix for my skin

Thanks all

@jeaux90 I’ll look at the medik 8 range I have heard good things in the past

I must admit I don’t drink nowhere near enough water & drink about 2/3 cups of coffee/tea a day & I don’t exercise. My exercise is usually running after the kids & moving about at work 😳

@WooNoodle indeed I should I just find moisturiser really clogs up my skin so I limit how much I use. I’ve tried many different ones over the years as well & I’ve never found anything suitable

I've been using The Ordinary Balance set, from Boots. I already do the healthy lifestyle stuff discussed above, makes little difference to my skin. The Ordinary stuff has made a HUGE difference! I don't know which product in specific is making the difference, but it's not a particularly labour intensive regime or expensive.

Ah fair enough. Maybe a hyaluronic acid serum might be more suited. And I have the same coffee issue as you haha its so hard to cut down though.
