Decent quality white vest/tank

First of all, what's the difference between a tank and a vest? Anyway, looking for a decent quality thick one that fits nicely on a not very tall person and can wear a bra without the straps showing. TIA!

H&M have a great one, albeit it is slightly on the cream side. If you search for 'fitted vest top' on their app it comes up. I dithered between Xs and s and ended up with the small and it's a bit big around the straps but I have more room to breathe around my midriff. I'm usually an 8. The fabric is great and the cut is hugely flattering. I also got black and navy!!

Meant to say it's thick stretchy fabric and also lined around the bra bit.

Oh lord also forgot to say I'm also not tall at all!
