I have a very formal event coming up, black tie dress code. However, I'm an aging pear shape, only 5'3 with a mum tum and less than perky boobs. I've not worn a formal dress since having kids and am struggling. I can't seem to find a middle ground between matronly frumpy and bodycon cling with too much chest and/or leg on show. I'm finding the petite range in formal full length dresses to be very limiting. Can anyone point me in the direction of some gems?
