A fairly local brandname hair salon used to be really good, a great set of staff, with 3 colour technicians and always buzzing with trade.
Since covid, most of the technicians left, the lovely, extremely intelligent and helpful receptionist left, and I have had a different person do my highlights every 6 months.
Now they have moved premises from an airy, split level salon with a lot of sinks and space, to a poky, really small unit that doesn't even seem (from the window) to have hairdrying pods in it. It also looks like there are about 2 staff left at any given point, usually teenage girls.
It never looks like anyone is in there..
Would you use another branch, say in a city?
It looks like this salon is collapsing to be honest and i dont want to pay over £100 for the risk of someone much less experienced doing my colour.
Could I be wrong or does it look bad?
