Eyeliner Pen- budget but good?

Like many, I don’t wear anywhere near as much make up what with wfh post Covid.

I need a new eyeliner pen for a wedding but don’t want to spend £££ as it’ll hardly get used before it dries up.

Any recommendations for a good budget version? One that doesn’t transfer with hooded eyes!

Collection one. £3 ish from superdrug or Amazon. Best I’ve ever used.

Avon glimmerstick. Bought (for my hooded eyes) after they were recommended on here and I'll never buy another now! I've never found a liquid eyeliner that is easy to apply and stays put though.

I use Scandaleyes by Rimmel.
