Lulu Guinness bag - is it an error?

I've just gone a bit mad in TK Maxx and bought a Lulu Guinness bag. I love the colour and the size .... it cost more than I'd usually spend on a bag but it's to wear to a wedding and the rest of my outfit is from Vinted so I can justify it!

However. I've got it home and now I'm worried that it's maybe one of those brands that people who know/care about handbags are judgy about I'm not mad about a lot of their very branded stuff - but this is more subtle I think.

So, what do you think Mumsnet? Would you keep or return?

What's wrong with Michael Kors?

It's a good bag. I love Radley bags - love the shape and functionality. I know how uncool they are and I know they have a reputation for being bought by people who think they are stylish and know no better. I couldn't give a monkey's. Nor should you. That's a great bag.

Nothing! They are really simple and classic but hated by fashionable people who love to be snobbish about affordable unshowy design.

I've got about 5 LG bags and even my young adult DD is really into them, she's got a full set of luggage as well as bags. They're gorgeous, and I think the brand is a bit quirkier than the usual run of the mill leather ones. I also really like that she hasn't got outlet stores (like Osprey) which really devalues the bags.

I have a very similar one in red. Its amazing how much I can cram in it and it's my go to for city breaks when I need my hands free for maps and ice creams!

It looks like a TARDIS bag so it's a 'yes' from me.

I've got it in navy , it's the most I've ever spent on a bag but I adore it, so handy when just nipping out for money and phone. I've used it so much that I can justify the high price tag!!

I've just had an online search for small, leather cross body bags and haven't found anything I like as much - I think it's the unusual grey/lilac colour that I fell for. Plus the price I paid seems reasonable compared to similar styles, so I'm feeling much happier with my impulse purchase. I only went in for a new bra
