Has anyone successfully received a refund for an online purchase from Roman recently? I returned two items almost 3 weeks ago and not heard a peep - no response to my emails and phone line down due to an outage apparently. I’ve just tweeted them also. Thanks!

I emailed them last week about a refund and was advised that due to unforseen circumstances and technical difficulties that refunds would be taking about 3 weeks from receipt. I'm still waiting for refunds on returns sent around 8th May.

Oh bugger, I've literally just sent a dress man to them yesterday! Luckily I paid by klarna though so you can just pause the payment. I do that with all online purchases now if I can despite not needing to for this reason

Thanks for replies! I finally got my refund earlier this week so panic over. Just felt suspicious when they were not responding!

Finally got confirmation today that they are processing my refunds. 😀

I had to open a dispute with Paypal and just got my refund from 14th May - terrible service and won't be buying from them again ....

How did you get on with your return?
I posted one almost 3 weeks ago and still haven't heard anything.
Earlier in the summer, I had to do a return to store because I'd lost the delivery receipt. In store you can only exchange or get a gift card. All seems a bit old fashioned compared to other companies these days.

I buy Roman through Amazon only for that reason
