I need an adorable eye cream. Had a quick look at No7 last night - are they any good? Also heard the inkey list do a caffeine one which is not bad.

Can I have some help please?

The inky list one is good but not very hydrating I found. The no7 one is always a safe bet though.

No 7
Also rate M&S Formula

Okay, I know I'm going to be berated as this may not be affordable but I use Clinique Smart Clinical Repair Wrinkle Correcting Eye Cream - it's £45 but I bought it when they had an offer of 20% off. I absolutely love it, I have been using it since the beginning of February and still have loads left, I reckon the pot will last around 6-9 months depending if you're putting it on morning and night.

I feel my crows feet are very minimal, it feels nice around the whole eye area and I don't have any eye bags.

I'm a fan of Le Roche Posay Redermic R for eyes - hydrating, and I believe is helping keep my under eye area in good nick!

TomAllenWife · 24/05/2022 14:27

La Roche Poussay Toleraine eye cream is so good, really gentle on the under eye skin

kateclarke · 24/05/2022 14:34

A lot of people will hate this suggestion, but I get all that kind of thing from vinted at a fraction of the price. Works for me .

mdh2020 · 24/05/2022 14:35

I use No 7 eye cream, serum and moisturiser. Not going to post a photo but people always comment on my skin and lack of wrinkles.

TheDuckSaysMoo · 24/05/2022 14:36

I rate Olay eye cream for everyday use.

Thekormachameleon · 24/05/2022 14:39

Cerave

MrsPelligrinoPetrichor · 24/05/2022 14:42

CeraVe definitely

Garden of wisdom eye contour serum is good...

Use your serum up around your eyes. As Nadine Baggott says, beauty R&D bods shot themselves in the foot when they invented serums as before then you needed an eye cream as moisturizer tends to be too heavy.

With most eye creams you're paying for exactly the same ingredients in your serum but in a much smaller pot.

I've got the Inkey caffeine. Won't be repurchasing. Kiehl's creamy avocado is good for hydrating.

beechhues · 24/05/2022 17:28

I've tried absolutely tonnes of eye creams for dark circles, lines and dehydration and not found any worth sticking with - agree on the serum. And primer and concealer.

No7 and olay regenerist are usually decent vfm

Tinks15 · 24/05/2022 18:10

Thanks all very helpful! Going to have a look at a few of these.

Re the comment using the serums/moisturisers for your face up around your eyes I don’t tend to use moisturisers much as my skin doesn’t seem to like them. That’s probably something else I should be working on 😏

I had a fancy facial this weekend and the person doing it was of the opinion that a serum with decent hyaluronic comment and spf would be enough for most for the day. Hyaluronic is a game changer because it locks in so much moisture is what I understood.

starlingdarling · 24/05/2022 18:55

Hyaluronic works well if you're somewhere humid. In dry climates it can make your skin more dry.

I've never found a miracle working eye cream but I like the Face Theory Occuwake eye cream. It's a massive tube compared to most eye creams so lasts ages. I also like Antipodes Kiwi Seed eye cream but haven't used it since buying the Occuwake.

FayCarew · 24/05/2022 18:57

Aldi Lacura

RunawayPea · 24/05/2022 19:27

What's the issue with your eyes? I use vichy 89 eye serum I think it is. For dry undereyes mostly.

WhatsHoppening · 24/05/2022 19:29

I got an Aldi one, it was a summer version and it was brilliant. I think it was cucumber something? Lasted ages and made a difference
