Tempted as they have a good petite offering but they're not cheap, and I can't work out if they charge for returns or not. Any ideas?

Same, stuff looks nice but a bit more than id usually spend. Following with interest

I've bought a couple of dresses from and they've been good quality and wash well. I don't know if that helps! I'm not a regular shopper there.

If I am understanding it correctly, returning things from the UK cost £50.

Wow. Big risk

I'm overseas and use a mail forwarding system so am able to buy US pricing and their sales are so good.

Quality is hit and miss. Their linen tshirts are really bad quality. They become shapeless after washing. Some of the cotton tshirts are the same. Linen shirts aren't as good as they used to be. Cashmere quality has declined significantly. I have sweaters 20 years old and are still fine. The newer ones not so much.

Their coats are still excellent quality.

I used to buy a lot of things from there when they had a UK shop but now I don’t. I’ve got swimwear and shorts from them which are really good. I wish they still had a store as I love their stuff.

I love their products, and used to buy a decent amount when they were in the U.K. I really dislike online shopping as things are so hit and miss, so I wouldn't ever purchase online given that their products come from America. Returns seem like such a hassle

Costco are currently selling some of their clothing in the UK of you have one bedroom you could go and have a look

jay55 · 24/05/2022 10:11

It's in the guardian today about the return fee.
Sounds way too high risk to me.
