Really soft leather loafers or ballet flats

I've been looking for ages for loafers or ballet flats for work. Sadly my feet can be very sensitive to wearing shoes without socks or tights so the leather needs to be really soft. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I've always worn m&s ballet flats . Never had an issue and very comfortable

Marco tozzi used to do some really soft leather flats. They may still do them. I had a few pairs a few years back and they were lovely. I can't wear others, they tear my ankles up!

I wear Hobbs ones for this reason. I have mostly suede ones but they are so incredibly soft and comfortable.
