My hair is dyed a mid brown. The last colour I put in was a permanent colour about 4 weeks ago, although it has washed up quite a bit since then.
I use to have bleach blonde highlights (full head) up until around a year ago, then I went brown. Since then I’ve used mainly semi permanent brown colour & the odd permanent brown colour.
I just want to lift the brown out, some parts look quite dark. I’m not expecting to see the blonde again, I’d just like to be lighter really & get the build up of dye out. I know when I’ve used colour b4 years ago, it left me with a light coppery brown, but I hadn’t had bleach highlights prior to that.
I’ve got a dark blonde semi on hand in case it goes drastically wrong!
Is is basically the same method as before, loads of rinsing for ages?! I do remember the last time I used it my hair re-oxidised after a couple of days & went dark again? Has anyone got any tips? Or willing to show pics when you have used it? TIA
