Matte concealer that doesn't migrate

Would appreciate suggestions for matte full coverage concealer that could be applied on top of sunblock and stays in place.
Need to dab it on couple of small areas, not full face, and need it to stay firmly in situ and not even entertain rebellious thoughts of walksies.

I've tried Collections and it wasn't up to the job, sadly.
I have Hourglass Dim Light ambient lighting powder and I love it, is the Hourglass concealer slightly glittery like the powder?

@picassobride not glittery at all, I use it to cover a port wine stain so needs to be full coverage and matte for me
