Help me ID this dress

Seen a beautiful dress on Instagram but the person isn’t tagged so I can’t ask on there. Hoping someone here recognises it, I’ve searched everywhere I can think of online, but it could be old so I need help. I’m happy to buy second-hand but I need to know the brand to help my search!

I don't know how to do it, but someone on posts like these usually asks if you've tried reverse imaging.

Yes I’ve tried reverse image search, I just get pics of old ladies in floral tops 😂

dresses from Samantha Sung or Justine Tabak. I wonder if it’s handmade seeing as it’s people making lampshades if that makes sense?

I don't think it's Samantha Sung. I've got several Samantha Sung dresses bought over several years. The buttons don't look like the style of buttons on Samantha Sung

I saw a blogger's video on YouTube from just two weeks ago and she posted about buying this dress for £25, so yes, I'd say very recent!

I tried it on today & bought it, it’s very long I’m 5 foot it’s on my ankles but very easy to shorten.
