After months of lusting, I bought myself some Birkenstock Bostons after a pay rise. I don’t think the suede quite matches on each foot. It’s not that the nap is up on one and not the other, I think it’s just longer on the left shoe. Having spent an eye watering £120 on them I’m a bit disappointed. Am I being fussy?

No you are definitely not being fussy! They look like different material on each shoe. Send them back

Where did you get them from? I think how they are stored impacts the suede a lot. I have a pair and they were impeccable when they arrived

I’ve had mine since the start of the year and they look better than that I think! I’ve not been very careful with them either (no waterproofing etc) and wear them a lot. Yours definitely look flawed.
