If you had £250 to spend on a bracelet

I have a big birthday coming up and a family member wants to buy me some jewellery which is very kind of them.

I have loads of rings and necklaces so I thought a bracelet could be nice. However I have no idea where to start. What brands are good quality? I am thinking a silver bangle or cuff (none of that Pandora tat) - any ideas?

I've been looking at tennis bracelets for a gift, lots of options, seems a classic style.

I would look for an antique at auction houses.

happy birthday 😃

Definitely check out local auctions. They'll be duty bound to tell you the materials/stones just like in a jewellers but unlike a jewellers their prices will be lower so your budget will get you much more.

I bought my sister a slimline cuff from Daniella Draper and had it engraved with a song lyric she likes. They also do a thicker version but the slimline one seemed more elegant I think.
