Has anyone used them? Do they make you less wrinkly?? Asking for a friend...

Do you mean this sort of thing? If so, not sure if they work for wrinkles but I’ve been taking them for a year or so. I definitely feel less achey but that might be just coincidence!

I have been taking the gel supplements but tbh not noticing any positive difference

I've been taking them 3 months so I am going to give it one more month but then not going to bother

KalaniM · 17/05/2022 13:20

I’ve been wondering the same thing. Take collagen supplementso derma rolling which is supposed to stimulate natural collagen production.

eyeslikebutterflies · 17/05/2022 16:24

I've been taking them for 9 months, not for wrinkles but as I have a fracture that's not healing well. Zero difference in skin, hair, nails (sorry).

ColbyJuarez · 19/05/2022 11:39

I take two months, and I really hope for the result. But judging by your reviews, something special should not be expected.

Horological · 19/05/2022 11:45

I have been taking the powder (mixed in morning coffee) for about 3 months. I do think it has made a difference to my skin.

HundredMilesAnHour · 19/05/2022 11:53

I took Absolute Collagen for 8 months. The only difference I noticed was to my bank account.

zeddybrek · 19/05/2022 11:57

I subscribed to Absolute Collagen and just couldn't get over the fishy taste. I tried every flavour. Am now trying the Holland & Barrett tablets but too soon for results, I have heard good reviews about the powders though.

Oh god 🙈 that's the one I'm taking - disappointed to hear it didn't make any difference

Might just cancel it

ShirleyJackson · 19/05/2022 17:57

Absolute Collagen gave me horrendous indigestion.

Botox and fillers, on the other hand, worked a treat Grin

One word

botox

I'm not sure as I take a few supplements, plus great diet, good skincare, and I'm not sure which of them is responsible for my truly much improved skin. What I have definitely noticed though is that they curb my appetite. I don't eat till 12 and on the mornings I forget them, I'm ravenous.

Liquid collagen is meant to be the best way of ingesting the nutrients.
