Straightener recommendations

Sadly my ghds have given up on me for good. Looking to buy a new pair of straighteners but unsure what ones to buy. I had my ghds for nearly twenty years so a bit out of what's good in the world of straighteners.

L’Oréal steam pod and Cloud 9 are regularly recommended here. I have the steam pod. I love it and haven’t had split ends since using it. The only faff is not being able to use tap water due to limescale build up. I have a water filter jug so use that.

I dont think you can beat the old gold GHD's. Often on offer at 20% off on GHD site
