Swimwear cover ups that do actually cover!

Can anyone suggest a good swimwear cover up that's got long sleeves, midi or maxi length that's not sheer or lacy?

I've had a basal cell carcinoma & malignant melanoma removed in the last two years (luckily not spread & fully removed) and struggling to find something suitable for a med holiday next month. Obviously I'll be slathered in factor50 / sun hat at all times and staying in the 90% of the time but still looking for something casual I can throw over swimwear when walking around.

Uniqlo Airism UV protection jacket and a pair of loose trousers. Or cover up properly all the time with a long sleeved rash vest and leggings - I have a set from Decathlon, but M&S have them too, and then you can just pull a skirt on when walking around. Lands End have nice matching rash vests and swim skirts/skorts but no leggings

I e read recently about sleeves that are UV protective, not normal sleeves. Maybe google it?

Thanks for the Uniqlo suggestion - hadn't thought of them. I do have a f50 rash vest & leggings for swimming in - only problem with them is the nylon content makes them very hot when out in the sun! I've seen the sleeves too so that's definitely an option.

I have been eying up these long sleeved swimming costumes but haven't tried them yet.
