cropped/knee length pyjamas?

I am having trouble finding this style of pyjama - with trousers which are knee length rather than little shorts, or full length. Had a pair a few years ago from Sainsburys but they don't seem to do them any longer.

Anyone seen any online or in high street shops? Everywhere seems to be either long length which are great for the winter but not summer, or the other extreme with little skimpy shorts which I just don't like for sleeping at all.

I bought 2 pairs of cropped pyjamas last year in M&S, they had loads of different styles/ patterns.

I have these from M&S, about £12 per pair

I bought some knee length ones from matalan this year, I love them. The shorts are cycling short style. This is them but in a different colour:

These from J Lewis are good quality and comfy. Theg are a slightly thick cotton but they do have others in thinner cotton too:
