My daughter is three and has extremely unmanageable hair! I tie it back as much as I can, her hair took a long time to start growing and has never had a trim.
I condition, comb, gel and nothing keeps it down Grin
Every day she wakes like the secret love child of Russell brand and I don't know if a trim would help her baby hair catch up or if I should leave it to grow and get heavier.
I'm loathe to cut it really because when it's freshly washed she has beautiful ringlets
Please advise!

Thankyou @MindatWork I don't want to do her an injustice and not so my best for her hair!
It's a start lol
I will order a pillowcase as well

It just looks like static from her pillow at night. Wash her hair in the mornings instead or as you're doing with the water/products

You're not alone - Here's the back of my two year olds hair! Confused

It was beautiful ringlets yesterday after I washed it (I co wash with childrens conditioner usually, unless it's actually dirty and needs shampooing) but I don't want to wash every day and dry it out more. It's too short to tie up.

Off to the shops to buy detangling spray later!

Curly toddler here, although longer hair now. We use whatever shampoo, tons of conditioner, detangle spray then my little Coco curling cream, lightly raked in and scrunched. In a morning it's a bit more detangling spray and combed with a tangle teezer.
