Boden returns

Ordered from Boden recently for the first time.
3/4 items don’t fit and need to be returned.
Am I correct that I will have to pay full postage? The items are extremely heavy and it will cost a fortune.
I had assumed returns were free as with other online shopping.

I've ever paid for returns with Boden. It will say on the paperwork though.

It's deffo free - done it a million times. Is there a form in the packaging?

Thanks for your replies. I only ordered sale items but they were still reasonably expensive (dresses for £90 each). I had no idea I would have to pay full postage for returns.

Might be worth checking if you can return via a Waitrose store. - think they have recently started offering this?

Did you pay by PayPal, if so you can get PayPal to pay for return shipping, I think it is up to about £15

They have always charged for sale items. Second class parcel charges are not too bad. I’ve sent a coat back and boots.

If you’ve ordered non-sale items from them before then always hang on to the paperwork because there will be a free returns label included. It’s a good idea if you’re ordering sale items to also order a non sale item that you like for this reason too. Boden have amazing customer service, so if you call them to discuss it they may well let you have a free returns label anyway.
