If your DH was buying you a birthday present with a budget of £150- £200, what would you ask for?

My signature scent.

This necklace. I've got the matching earrings and I love them. Beautifully made and so practical, I wear them every single day.

My husband wouldn't ask, but if I was buying myself something for £100-£200 it would probably be makeup, clothes or skincare/perfume. Maybe jewellery but I'm not sure it would go very far.

Tom ford perfume. Bitter peach is my favourite

A protected species coat.

He only asks because I never like what he chooses. But then I can never think of what I want. I’m a nightmare 😁

How old are you?

ayegazumba · 13/05/2022 07:46

it’ll be my 38th birthday 😱I was thinking I fancied a pair of those brikinstock clogs but that’s literally all I can think of. Maybe a pair of gold hoops as I burn through cheap ones but I’m not sure where to buy a good mid priced pair from

Someone here kindly recommended Alice Menter jewellery for my birthday: she does gorgeous cuffs at exactly this price point. (My husband bought something different but c'est la vie.)

BeaLola · 13/05/2022 09:31

I'm older than you but for my birthday in a few months if asked I would ask for Birkenstock Clogs, everyday hoop earrings, raffia bag from Jigsaw, linen dressing gown/wrap

Swonderful · 13/05/2022 09:35

Bag and dr marten sandals.

Joseph Cheaney shoes (although it would have to be the outlet).
Or V&A membership for 2.
Or a decent coffee grinder.
