Fake tan

Ok I'm 38 and never really got to grips with fake tanning.

I'm really really pale and going on first hot holiday for ages in June. Thinking of getting a fake tan but how do I stop it going too orange?

Spray tan? Or do it at home?

I get a spray tan at the salon every ten days ish in the summer. I top it up as it does come off when you bathe.

A gradual tan like dove is white good to top up.

Go and have one at a salon- they do it best! Ask for a light ish one and see what you think. They don't last long

If you aren't used to using it at home get a gradual tanner or go to the salon to have a spray tan.

Palmers is a good gradual one.
