I have been invited to attend an important conference for work.
The evening attire is: Cocktail.

I used to be a tiny size 8 with a stomach like an ironing board.... then I had a baby last year and I'm now a flabby bellied size 12-14 🫣

Please can you recommend THE BEST ever tummy control pants (preferably thong as I don't want a VPL)

You'll get a VPL across your back above your bottom with a strong control thong, you'd be better off getting Spanx power shorts, they work.
