Which powder blusher goes on best?

I prefer powder blusher as everything slides off my face but there is a lot of difference between them and some are very hard to blend. What is your pick for the easiest to apply/blend powder blusher?

I’m a fan of benefit. I blend with a kabuki blush after I’ve applied and it stays put all day.
