A just right vest

I'm looking for vest tops in black and white as wardrobe staples.
I don't want ribbed strechy, I dont want oversized with big arm holes, nor low cut as I'm very short. i especially don't want see through. Soft material and easy wash.
This seems a big ask as I'm still looking. Boden maybe an option but out of stock.

I’m similarly short and have just ordered these as I also find vests too long to wear with a skirt.

Every year I make a much hated Tesco trip for their long line two pack vest stock up. I have tried elsewhere but they are always perfect. In fact their basics are always good whereas my M&S items have literally fallen apart at the stitching. Don’t need to spend a lot for good vests- check out Tesco (sainsbury good too) and I shudder at Tesco so they must be good!

M&S, been getting my vest there for at least 10 years. Various styles.

If you are happy with something that has lace edging the Jigsaw ones are amazing. They've been doing them for years as they're so popular and come in all colours

Thanks all. Sounds like I need to try the supermarkets as m&s I can only find relaxed fit or tight. Maybe I need to look again. The relaxed fit are comfy but not smart.
I do have a few jigsaw lace edged strappy ones which I find brilliant for wearing under stuff.

Matalan plain vest tops all the way. They're only about a fiver and actually cover my bra properly.
