Best remedy for puffy under eyes?

They’re getting really obvious, having sat and stared at myself for 3 hrs in the hairdressers today 😂

Can anyone recommend any creams or whatever that may help?

Balance me wonder cream.

Comes in a little bottle with a pump lid.

When I use it daily I really notice a difference and have just started religiously using it again as I've been slacking and my eye bags are bad right now.

It's about £20 but lasts ages and works well

Very cool and soothing

Best thing I have found is Arnica Cream - tried many serums etc but this seems to get rid of the puffiness and dark circles quite well.

Try the under eye masks for eye bags area. You can pick them up at discount stores as well as high end retailers. Tap the area lightly
Really if you can try going to bed at 8/9 to marry with circadian rhythms.
Sleep, hydration, moisturiser and decent concealer.

Cold wet teabags are meant to be good for puffy eyes.

Be careful if you're using face creams with hyaluronic acid too close to your eyes - they are a humectant and encourage skin to hold on to moisture, great everywhere else but can cause eye puffiness.

Do you drink alcohol? If so ditch it.

I keep 2 cotton wool pads in sone water in the fridge and in the morning, i sit with them on my eyes.

Cold spoons? Something like a gua sha for lympathic drainage. More water. Less alcohol and salt.
