Is this a day dress or evening dress?

Hi, I've just bought this dress and can't figure out where to wear it. I work in a fairly casual office and think this dress might be a bit too dressy. Is there any way to dress it down a bit. Do I wear it out to lunch with friends? Or is it more for going to the theatre in the evenings. Where would you wear it? Would you wear it? Thank you.

I think you could dress it up or down. It's beautiful.

Definitely lovely for lunch with friends, but I see no reason why you shouldn't wear it to work if you're inclined to. You'll just look very polished.

I’d wear it in the day or evening (I do live in dresses) in the Autumn/winter.

I think its pretty versatile - if you want to dress it down then the classic denim jacket and trainers would work but you could dress it up with some heels, nice earrings and a smart handbag and wear it out for dinner somewhere smart. I'd say it was one of those dresses that should keep on giving.

I agree with others it is for many times of day.

Agree with PPs, it’s lovely, understated and would work for many different occasions/situations/times of day with heels, flats, blazer, cropped jeans-style jacket etc. Off to google Levete Room.....
