Watching as I’m going for 4 nights in August!

My experience of Antibes is that it is not a show-off type of place. Hope that helps.

Any recs for accommodation/hotels in Antibes? I've only been briefly as part of a trip to Cannes but wouldn't mind 4 days myself.

Hi op have you been yet? Looking for inspiration for activities in Antibes and what's the vibe?

Fedupwitheveryone · 16/10/2022 22:01

i'd call it 'expensive muted casual' The town is lovely but not huge and quite low key. the vibe is classy but casual - ie some people in restaurants dining off boats, but the town is a bit quieter than some of the more showy towns along the coast.

Think linen dresses and flats/sandals with muted jewellery. Loose clothes over tight. Would avoid heels, i don't remember the ground being that flat/cobbled.

Agree with Fedupwitheveryone. It’s not flashy but it’s the South of France. So just imagine what you’d wear to Cornwall or Cowes if it was 10 degrees hotter than whatever season you’re thinking of.
