Another please help accessorise wedding outfit ….please!

My friend has asked me for style advice and I’m a bit stuck. Here is the outfit so far for a wedding this month that could be part church, part field! She needs shoes, bag and a fascinator. But what colours? The dress is actually white rather than cream & the jacket not quite as dark as the pic as it’s linen. Thanks.

is the jacket the colour in the dress? Looks more blue on the dress. I don’t think it goes at all. I’d go more for the colour in the dress.

White bag, white fascinator, white shoes - plus green wellies for the field part??!

I might go burgundy shoes and beigy/gold fascinator and probs burgundy for the bag. Does she need a fascinator if not part of the wedding party?
