Alternatives to Superdrug Colour Effects

Used to use Superdrug Colour Effects to temporarily cover small amount of grey in my hair, but they have changed the formula and it doesn't work any more ....aaagggh!

Are there any decent wash in wash out alternatives around please?

Accused of store theft / shop-lifting

Personally I have decided to boycott shopping at Superdrug, the store used by teenagers to buy make-up, as a 33yo beauty enthusiast I was browsing a range of Plant Based Nail Varnishes and bought a pinky rose gold one one of the American shades. While browsing the store I was accosted by 2 PCSO’s in hi-vis because store staff thought I was party to a store theft / shop-lifting ring. This was my local Superdrug where I often shop for personal items for myself or relatives, I am mortified and I’m boycotting anything Superdrug I’m not going near a SD store again. Staff follow people who are not shop lifters I know they are only doing their job but OMG not every citizen robs nail polishes or lipsticks or whatever they may be

I am also looking for something like this please
