Hi! Looking for some recommendations for new skincare please... I'm 32, 2 young DC (2yo and 13week old) so looking for something that's affordable and easy to follow, without too many steps!

I feel like pregnancy (and probably sleepless nights) have changed my skin massively...! Sensitive-ish but also prone to being dry in patches.

Any recommendations welcome!! 🙂

What is your routine now?
A routine doesn't need to be complex or costly.
A hot cloth cleanser
Hydration
Vitamin C serum
Sunscreen

You're at the young stage ☺️ where you could start a gentle vitamin A/retinol use.

I'd start by watching Nadine Baggott's videos- the one which changed my thinking is on YT and is where she talks about us "needing" only 5 things- the ones listed above.

Thanks - I'll def have a look at that on YT! It's not great at the moment to be completely honest...! I feel like I have lost my way with it and can't seem to stick to a routine or find products that I like.

I've previously used Lush cream cleanser taken off with a warm flannel, and I've used hot cloth cleansers - from Aldi to Liz Earle - and then just followed with moisturisers... but again, I never seem to find one or a routine I can stick to.

I'm more aware of my skin now and that it's needing better taken care of than it's currently getting.

Any brands or product ranges you would suggest to try?

I always use sunscreen moisturisers etc as I am pale, but I'll def invest in a vit c serum
