Fitted t shirts

Way back when I used to be able to buy really nice fitted T-shirts - in the 90s we called them tight tops I think! 😂

But now everything is baggy and loose and I can't find a nice fitted top anywhere? I'm really petite and they just make me look square!

Has anyone seen nice T-shirts I can wear every day with jeans that are fitted please? Don't need to be fancy! Im running out of shops to look in

I don't think I suit the baggy tops I always go for fitted tops. Which is why I can't get a lot of tops from Primark cos they don't seem to be fitted.

Primark do fitted t shirts. They’re always on the shelf displays with lots of different colours. Called ‘stretch crew’. I’m sure they’re about £2/3.
M&S too, I think it’s even called ‘the fitted’.

Definitely Rapanui. I followed a recommendation on here, and they are absolutely perfect.

I've tried the stretch ones. They look awful, don't compliment me at all.
Perhaps you need a different figure for them

Trouble with primark is, you wash it a couple of times and it goes out of shape. Would rather spend some decent money and have them a while!

I've got a few of these which fit closely and have a bit of stretch. They wash well and more importantly- don't need ironing.

I've posed this question a few times on here recently, and had no joy anywhere.

Until, I order some T's from Superdry. However, I did have to be a bit brave. So, for my curvy but small figure, their sizing suggests 14, I ordered 12, but then exchanged for 10!! They do a "how do want it to fit" box, which is quite clever, and I put in "slightly tight". I should have put in tight!! Weird sizing these days.....

I got the organic cotton vnecks, and all the models are wearing them loose, but size down, and they do "fit".

I just want the lovely tops you used to able to get in Gap or Hollister that were ribbed, so clung to your curves. Hey ho. The fashion will change again at some point I hope.

Fruit Badger I have size medium for 12/14 . They have a lot of stretch in them.

Was just coming on to say Superdry! Agree about the sizing - I assumed that as a ‘young persons’ shop the sizes would come up small, but I too had to size down.

@pippinsleftleg "A young persons shop" - Well yes, maybe, but DH also gets all his polos from there, and his jeans from Hollister, he's 58! I am 56, so still young 😉

@BigWoollyJumpers a little bit tongue in cheek, but it certainly isn’t joules/seasalt/boden !

OP I am the same! I have big boobs and if I wear oversized or boxy, everything hangs off my boobs do from the side I look like a I have no waist

H&M do them still. I bought a striped one recently, just soft and stretchy. I also just searched ‘ribbed top’ in ASOS and found a nice black ribbed T-shirt. New Look have always done more form fitting tops too!

Bought some t-shirts from peacocks recently. They were the same as they were a few years ago and £5 each.

Esprit and Bennetton both sometimes sell fitted tshirts. Haven't checked lately. Quality is good.
