Thin hair what can I do?

Used to have really thick hair then lost a load in my 20s due to stress. It recovered to a certain extent but now I'm in my 40s and the texture is changing so it looks worse again. Scalp all too visible on top wherever my parting sits. What can I do? I have dark hair and a pasty scalp so it's even more obvious. Blonde washes me out and doesn't suit me anyway so that's not an option.

Happy to throw money at it tbh for something that will work. Are implants an option for someone like me?

What's implants

Hair implants, Wayne Rooney had it done years ago but that's the only time I've ever heard of them tbh.

Caboki hair fibres, sprinkle on and covers thin patches and thickens hair. I have dark thin hair and use this. It's £9.99 and lasted me more than a year so far.

Thanks @Neverhot I was hoping for something a bit more permanent though. Have you looked into it also?
