I've got shoulder length fine dark brown hair.
It's been highlighted for 2 ish years - but I've had enough & due to impending baby I forgoe the highlights last time & had a "root stretch".
So now I have my dark natural root - a lighter reddy brown bit and then some faded badly toned highlights. I saw the hair dresser today in passing before my appt on Friday and she said I should go back blonder but I CBA with the upkeep. Not just roots, but deep conditioning etc to maintain the moisture.
I've definitely noticed better condition since skipped the bleach last time.
How do I grow out this?
