I am hoping for advice. We are going to a wedding in Sorrento in July and I really don't know what to wear. I normally shop in charity shops (it's practically my hobby) hence being a bit clueless as to where to start looking. I'm hoping for links to something suitable!
I'm 5"1 (or less). I'm overweight - a size 16. Mainly a thick middle; quite a wide back, short legs and a slightly long torso (sob). I am trying to lose weight but don't think I'll lose much by then.
My daughter is 16, she is more of a 10/12. She's currently looking at a tight, corset-top type of dress which I don't think is suitable for a family wedding (but I could be wrong and that's why I'm here!) - also it is very short and has no sleeves and a wide neckline and I'm thinking as it will be very hot in Sorrento in July perhaps she should wear either a longer dress or something with sleeves. (She said 'sunscreen is a thing, Mum').
Any ideas for either of us would be gratefully received. I'm going to work now so won't see this until later today so am not ignoring anyone! Many thanks.
