I want pyjamas trousers for summer daytime

So basically I like wearing mens (shirt-type) cotton pj bottom trousers, they seem to suit me better than womens ones and more flattering than jersey or whatever.

Anyway I basically wish I could wear them all day in the summer they are so cool and comfy! Does anyone have a good idea where I could buy something like this that is acceptable for going outside in??

For reference I'm a 12 with a tummy and big bum. I don't want anything clingy on the bum area!

If you don't mind cropped, the uniqlo cotton relaco 3/4 trousers are basically pyjamas that I wear outside. I love mine - think I'll get some more for this summer.

Yes. My mum is ECV so if nothing but to protect her.

on top of that DD is asthmatic and was very poorly a few times when she was little. Her asthma has improved over the years but I want to give her every protection.

Tesco has trousers that are like pyjamas but for daytime

Ditto Uniqlo. I like the cropped Relaco but they also do similar styles in longer lengths. Wide legged, no clinging to anything, light and comfy in warm weather.

Good shout for Uniqlo thanks. Although a lot of them do look exactly like pyjamas!! I worry people will think I've simply gone out in my Jim jams...

Next linen trousers are very comfortable and pyjama-esque.

I’ve had some from fat face which are lovely and comfortable and keep my legs cool in summer. They’re called cuffed trousers.

😄 they seem to change the patterns/prints regularly, I bought some very much just for in the house as they’re striped and look like classic pyjamas, but I have some others with floral prints that look perfectly reasonable outside.

Fat face! Different patterns every year, cuffed bottom. I live in them

Alexa trousers from Lucy & Yak are my favourite comfy bottoms.

These from matalan. They have them in khaki too. They're 100% cotton but are a bit thicker than pj material.

Also recommend any linen mix trousers, if you want sonething slightly smarter. Most supermarkets do them

Also, for every day hanging around at home, Asda do 100%cotton joggers for £6. I keep buying them as I'm worried they'll discontinue them. I pretty much live in them at home (perimenopausal!!).
