Botox facial - micro needling anyone had one?

I have really dry skin and starting to look old. Tried everything from fancy creams to facials. I am not a fan of Botox as a few friends have the frozen look.

however my beautician had recommended a Botox facial. It’s essentially a small amount of Botox micro needled with lots of serum and moisturiser under the skin around your face. Botox is not injects far enough into to skin to paralyse the muscles.

it aims to moisture from outside in. Botox reduced pores and sweating to allow your skin to heal. It also lifts the face giving you a glow.

has anyone had this? Is it worth it?

I have and didn’t rate it - not worth it for the money compared to actual Botox imo. I went back to my small amounts of Botox on forehead and crows feet and that works much better for me.

You need profhilo (sp?) not Botox. Moisturises from within

Look at mesotox
I had it done a couple of times, lasted over 6 months and my skin was incredible
I ditched the creams & serums and do alternate mesotherapy and mesotox so once a year for both spread 6m apart

I am looking at having the same treatment and have read mixed reviews but have decided to give it a go. I have had botox in the past but I seem to metabolize it very quickly and even with very small amounts, don't like how my face looks with it
