I am really preoccupied with my double chin and want to get the fat removed. Would micro liposuction be the only way and approx £3000? I don't want to lose weight as my BMI is 22 and I am a size 10 so happy with the rest of my body weight. I have Crohn's and so have spent a lot of my life very underweight and would like to keep some weight on me for if I get poorly again.
